During his tenure, he successfully oversaw numerous projects, ensuring that each home was built to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Additionally, Bryce ventured into entrepreneurship by running his own company, specializing in building decks and performing remodels. His hands-on experience and leadership skills have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the construction process. Bryce had the opportunity to join Rize as an owner and the General Contractor and has helped reorganize the company and bring it to new markets and new heights.
Tom Fox
Tom brings a diverse background to Rize, starting with his early years in the Marines, instilled discipline and leadership skills. He later pursued education in project management, followed by nearly a decade of experience in real estate sales. Joining Rize from the ground floor, Tom has worked in various roles, from laborer to project manager, ultimately advancing to operations management. His extensive experience ensures efficient operations and contributes significantly to the company's success.

Nicole joined Rize after dedicating time as a busy stay-at-home mom to four children.
